Villa Kas ku Palma - ‘House with palms’
If you travel to a tropical island, you may expect a real ‘Bounty’-feeling and for that, palm trees are a important part of it.
A lots of palms…you can count on that if you book your vacation in Kas ku Palma, in local language (Papiamentu) ‘House with palms’.
Because the large garden is, after a giant facelift of the villa in 2006, dotted with all kinds of palm trees, in all sizes and colors
and the give you the ultimate vacation feeling just after you enter the villa and the premises. And even more if you feel and hear the
gentle tradewind moving the leaves just enough to freshen it up while you enjoy your tropical cocktail or a rich filled bbq.
Even the ‘death palm leaves’ is used again for the beautiful ‘palapa’ which gives you a nice shaded spot on the terrace behind the villa, bordering
the beautiful free shaped private swimming pool with a separate children’s pool (safe for your children, but also nice to read a book or so).
Kas ku Palma not only offers an beautiful garden but it also has space. A lot of space as it is one of the largest holiday villa’s available on
Curaçao. The house is very spacious, has large rooms and that gives you a lot of privacy, even if your party is 8 or 10 people. Everybody can find a
‘place of their own’ in this villa.
The villa is very centrally located on the island, near the geographical centre of the island. The area is called ‘Grote Berg’ (‘Big Mountain’,
but don’t worry: it is only 100 meters/330 feet above sea level) and consists of many upscale villa’s and it became a very popular place to live
during the last 5 years. And with a reason: due to its central location you are very close to it all: only 10 minutes from Willemstad with its shops
and historical city centre and the famous beaches of the centre and west side of the island, known as ‘Banda Abao’.
It is even closer to it all than the more well known parts on the east side of the island, such as Jan Thiel or Jan Sofat. And the traffic is still
very quiet here, so no rush hour twice a day!
The villa offers 5 spacious bedrooms and therefore has capacity for 10 people. And if you bring 1 or 2 small children, we can easily provide a crib
on most bedrooms. So, for every family or party, this house is suitable. More important, the house has 3 of its bedrooms (and 1 bath) on the lower floor,
so this villa is also suitable for disabled people: even they can easily reach the terrace and the pool area.
The villa is very comfortable. All you can imagine is there because the owners think you should have a wonderful time on Curaçao. And a well equipped
villa is one of the most important things toe achieve that.
